Warranty and Insurance

When you choose EDMT Developments for a home and or kitchen extension in London, we are so confident about the work that you receive that we provide a 10 year warranty. A full breakdown and details of this can be found in your contract that you will sign if you decide to appoint EDMT Developments for your project, however please feel free to enquire about this at any time.

We are pleased to be able offer this as an optional addition to our standard 10 year warranty and to guarantee peace of mind during periods of uncertainty. For further details on how this scheme works, please enquire with your EDMT surveyor.

Once your project is complete a member of the EDMT team will make sure you have all of the relevant paperwork and documentation and this includes your warranty. Please note, that it is entirely normal for settlement cracks to appear at any point after we have carried out and completed your extension.We always recommend waiting a minimum of 12 months after practical completion of your home extension for the new structure to settle and experience all seasons and weather changes.

After 12 months, contact our customer service team to arrange a team to come back and repair any settlement cracks in your home extension.
